A combined 150 years of volunteering celebrated at Sherwood Forest Hospitals

A dedicated group of volunteers at Sherwood Forest Hospitals are being celebrated after reaching long-service milestones representing an incredible 150 years of combined service.

The volunteers have each given between five and 25 years of their time to support our hospitals, patients, visitors and colleagues.

Those celebrating milestones are:

25 years: Joan Rowbottam

20 years: Margaret Tye

15 years: David Grove

10 years: Jean Stark, Alison Baker, Rita Ireson, Wesley Pierpoint, Janet Jackson Peet and Sue White

5 years: Sheila Lashford, Peter Turner, Kathy Cope, Kevin Cope, Maureen Knight, Pam Simpson and Kev Stewart

Our volunteers are an important part of life across our hospitals, generously giving their time to support our patients, visitors and colleagues.
