Access to Health Records

Our Access to Health department deals with all requests for access to patient records in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, Data Protection Act 2018, and Access to Health Records Act.

They process all requests made by a patient, relative, or any other representative acting on behalf of the patient.
